Nice hotel with great wi-fi, free parking, and a helpful 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff recommended a local taxi, which I remember fondly. I’m coming back for a holiday!

The friendly lady overseeing breakfast made us feel welcome. Security staff were attentive, especially when we came back late after exploring. They ensured we had a safe parking spot, which was comforting on our girls' trip. On the downside, the pull-out couch was rather worn out, but the staff quickly provided extra blankets and sheets to help us get comfortable. Some glasses were unclean in the cabinet, and I found a used band-aid in one bath towel, which was quite off-putting. The bathroom faucet needed attention as it was broken, and it took ages for the shower to heat up. Overall, there were some maintenance issues that shouldn’t happen at this Hilton brand. Better attention to detail would greatly enhance the stay here. I’d consider returning, particularly because of the staff’s fantastic attitude and welcoming spirit, but hopefully, the maintenance has improved.

The security officer took a great initiative to ensure we felt safe coming back late after exploring. The room's cleanliness exceeded my expectations, with prompt delivery of any extra items requested. Many guests also appreciated the spacious layout of their rooms, providing a perfect retreat after busy days.

We felt very secure with a dedicated security officer on site, especially during late returns from outings. However, there were some issues with slow maintenance response times for our room door and television. Additionally, the breakfast selection could have been broader to accommodate more diverse tastes.
